Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
What this website collects
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no tag manager, and no third-party embeds other than a Google map on the contact page. We do not set cookies for tracking.
The only information we receive is what you choose to send us through one of the two forms.
The contact form
Collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, what kind of enquiry you have, and your message. We use it to reply to you.
The referral form
Collects details about a case, which may include the claimant’s name, date of birth, date of injury, and a description of injuries and treatment.
This is sensitive information, so please read this part. Form submissions are sent to us by email over an encrypted connection. Email is convenient but it is not a HIPAA-compliant channel end to end.
For that reason:
- Please send only what is needed to open a conversation about the case.
- Do not attach medical records, imaging, or other clinical documents to the form. After you submit, we will direct you to our secure upload portal, which is hosted on Egnyte and is HIPAA compliant. That is the correct route for documents.
- Submission contents are never written to server logs and are never stored in a publicly reachable location.
Spam protection
We use a hidden field and a timing check to filter automated submissions. We do not use CAPTCHA, because CAPTCHAs create a barrier for people with disabilities.
Where submissions are kept
When you send a form, your message is saved to a file on our web server before we attempt to email it to us. The folder is not reachable from the internet and is readable only by the site’s owner account.
We do this so that nothing you send is lost if email delivery fails. Without it, a form can appear to work while the message quietly disappears.
How long we keep things
Form submissions are retained for as long as the related matter is open, and then for as long as our professional and regulatory obligations require.
Asking us to delete something
Email Ccranias@branthickey.com or call (407) 330‑2171 and we will tell you what we hold and remove what we are able to.
